Dome Side Down Placing the balance trainer so the inflatable dome is facing down makes the platform unstable to stand on because it wobbles underneath your weight, activating your core stabiliser muscles as they strive to help you maintain your stability. Dome Side Up Placing it so the dome is facing up and the platform is facing down keeps it ground to the floor, so it doesn't wobble. You can stand, sit or lie on the inflatable dome to challenge your core whilst performing a wide range of exercises. Attachable Resistance Bands Attachable resistance bands are included to challenge your core whilst performing lateral raises, deadlifts and other resistance exercises. The resistance bands feature ergonomic foam handles for superior grip and comfort.
